About
KnowledgeNova is a space dedicated to exploring how knowledge can move beyond documentation and become a true capability. In many workplaces, valuable knowledge exists - in documents, systems, and the experience of people - yet it often remains difficult to access, apply, or translate into better decisions. KnowledgeNova focuses on the practical side of this challenge: how knowledge can be structured, governed, and integrated into everyday work so that it improves speed, clarity, and performance.
Through models, insights, and practical tools, KnowledgeNova examines topics such as knowledge architecture, decision-ready knowledge, governance, and the evolving relationship between knowledge management and artificial intelligence. The goal is to bridge the gap between knowledge initiatives and the outcomes organizations care about most - better decisions, reduced friction in work, and stronger operational capability.

The Person Behind KnowledgeNova
I built KnowledgeNova as a place to think out loud, share what I've learned, and build something meaningful with a community that cares about knowledge as deeply as I do.
My name is Elizabeth Raju. I am a knowledge management and content strategy professional with over 20 years of experience helping organisations design and implement knowledge solutions that support real work.
Across roles in technology, healthcare, and consulting environments, my focus has always been on building knowledge systems that enable people to find the right information quickly, understand complex topics clearly, and make informed decisions. This includes developing enterprise knowledge platforms, establishing governance frameworks, designing taxonomies, supporting onboarding programs, and leading cultural change initiatives that embed knowledge sharing into daily operations.
A consistent belief has driven all of it — knowledge should never be passive or difficult to use. It should be an active capability that helps organisations respond faster, learn continuously, and adapt to change.
KnowledgeNova is where that belief lives. It is also a space to make sense of something bigger — how knowledge management evolves in an AI-driven world, not just for organisations but for people and society. Through shared thinking, honest conversations and practical frameworks, I hope KnowledgeNova plays a small part in getting that right.
There is still a lot to build here. I hope you'll be part of it...
